Welcome to the Link Centre

The Visy Cares Link Centre, located in Laverton, is a transition centre.

We are exclusively focused on the needs of local young people between 11 and 14 years of age and who are not attending either years 7 or 8 of secondary schooling.

Our help is tailored to all the needs of these disengaged young people to assist them to quickly, successfully and lastingly re-engage in life.

The agreed goal for each young person attending the Link Centre is to return full-time to mainstream secondary education.

The Link Centre provides specialised and highly individualised help for up to 25 young people at a time.
